Pre-departure cramming

Sitting in my kitchen trying to figure it out how a blog work, I am preparing myself for 3 months adventure in Managua and most of my time in Jinotepe.

Let me tell you that I equipped my self like I never did before, because obviously it is my first humanitarian internship. Wohoooooo!!!!!

Like usually, I am a last minute person and so I am running everywhere in town to find what I need and finish everything that I have to do before leaving Montreal. Which is not a big deal because I need to change my mind from pollute cities and do something relevant, creative and new!

Well, at the center of education where I will be for 3 month, I will have the chance to implement my new project, my babe: ' Los Ninos de la Paz'. Have you ever done terra cota sculpture? The children will be doing terra cota statues upon the theme of the environment and peace. Some might have a smile when I am saying peace because now after being trained for peacebulding with the course of Rex Brynen Peacebuilding- I obviously know what I am talking about! Those children are facing violence and difficult conditions so why not give them a chance to see the other face of the medal?
This internship will give the chance to meet knew people, working with children and improve my spanish!

You will be able to follow throughout my journey. I will try to update it as much as possible. To let you know just in case The blog will be half French, half English.
